mA.Intenance is Aegean Logic's computerised maintenance management system. It brings the work a maintenance team actually does — and the records an auditor later asks for — into one application.
What it covers
- Assets. A register with hierarchy, documents, photos and full maintenance history for every item of plant.
- Work orders. Raise, assign, schedule and close reactive and planned jobs, with labour, parts and costs captured against each one.
- Planned maintenance. Templates and schedules that generate the next work order automatically, so routines do not depend on somebody remembering.
- Stock and purchasing. Spares, stock movements, suppliers, requisitions and purchase orders, linked to the jobs that consumed them.
- Reporting. KPIs, cost analysis and exports for the numbers the business asks for each month.
Built for more than one site
Each company gets its own database, so one customer's data is never in the same place as another's. Users, roles and approvals are configured per company.
